How Sell & Rent Back Works.
How selling your property and renting back works is very easy and simple. You are in a situation where you want or need to sell your property quick but you do not wish to move house so you can use this option to sell and release equity and still remain in your home.
Once you decide this option is suitable you need to contact an authorised SRB specialist. The conveyancing (paperwork or buying and selling of properties) completes, you get the cash released from your solicitor. You sort out whatever you need to sort out and usually sign up to a Short Assured Tenancy Agreement.
You remain in your home for minimum of six months or for as long as you like. Things can be very same as before and no one really needs to know about this.
