As a satisfied customer of Quick Sale Properties for years now; I would like to write to thank you for your service. Quick Sale Properties has been a good and responsible landlord throughout the tenancy. Despite at least 6 interest rate rises in the Bank of England base rate, my rent has stayed consistent and has not risen once for all those years. In fact I believe my rent is below market value which is great value for me.
Above all, Quick Sale Properties had my welfare in mind as they made sure I had a cabled smoke alarm in operation, provided me with fire blanket and extinguishers in the kitchen, and carries out their duty of an annual gas safety check by producing me with a certificate year by year. Furthermore, QSP® quickly organised the repair of a broken gas boiler without the need for lengthy telephone conversations to get it done.
I feel very much at ease and relaxed knowing someone cares about my welfare. With years of being a happy tenant of Quick Sale Properties, I intend to remain that way for sure and would give my recommendation to anyone I know that Quick Sale Properties are a trustworthy and reputable landlord.

We've been tenants for awhile. When we moved in the flat, it was newly decorated, fully furnished and equipped to a high standard with all new furniture and appliances.
